DreamWorks Television and NBC Studios Sign Glen Morgan & Jim Wong

DreamWorks Television and NBC Studios have signed a multi-year deal with writing, producing and directing partners Glen Morgan and Jim Wong, it was announced by Dan McDermott, head of DreamWorks Television, and David Bartis, NBC Studios' senior vice president, Primetime Series.

Morgan and Wong will executive produce the DreamWorks/NBC drama The Others, which received a 13-episode, mid-season order. They will also immediately begin to develop additional series under their new pact.

In making the announcement, McDermott said, "Glen and Jim have proven to be a creative force in the industry. We are thrilled to welcome their combined talents into the DreamWorks family and to be partnered with NBC Studios in bringing some exciting new projects to television."

Glen Morgan and Jim Wong were co-executive producers of the hit series The X-Files, for which they wrote and produced numerous episodes. They also served as executive producers of Millennium. Currently, they are partnered on FLIGHT 180, a supernatural thriller for New Line Cinema, which Jim Wong is directing and Glen Morgan is producing.
