Warner Bros. to Acquire Alloy Entertainment

Alloy Entertainment is being acquired by Warner Bros. Television Group (WBTVG). Alloy produced youth oriented television. Five of Five of Alloy Entertainment's properties are currently being produced and distributed by WBTVG. These include Gossip Girl, The Vampire Diaries, Pretty Little Liars, Lying Game and the upcoming 666 Park Avenue. Alloy also produces movies and publishes books.
The Hollywood Reporter reports that Alloy Entertainment chief Leslie Morgenstein will stay on to run Alloy at WBTVG.
