2013 Boston Globe Horn Book Award Winners Announced

The winners of the 2013 Boston Globe-Horn Book Awards were announced at BookExpo America. This is the 46th year for the awards, which honor children's and young adult literature. Here is a list of this year's winners:

Picture Book Award Winner: Building Our House, written and illustrated by Jonathan Bean (Farrar Straus and Giroux)
Fiction and Poetry Award Winner: Eleanor & Park by Rainbow Rowell (St. Martin's Griffin)
Nonfiction Award Winner: Electric Ben: The Amazing Life and Times of Benjamin Franklin, written and illustrated by Robert Byrd (Dial Books for Young Readers)
