Liz Cheney, daughter of former Vice President Dick Cheney, has announced plans to run for a U.S. Senate seat from Wyoming. She is running as a Republican and hopes to unseat Republican Senator Mike Enzi. Enzi is running for a fourth, six-year term in the Senate.
