Hilary Clinton Says Assad Needs to Go

U.S. Secretary of State Hilary Clinton says it is time for Syrian President Assad to go. She says Assad has doubled down on " brutality and duplicity." She says, "The time has come for the international community to unite a plan for post-Assad Syria."

Clinton also says Assad "must transfer power and depart Syria." A plan by Kofi Annan will be given a final chance before any additional action is taken in Syria. Clinton says Russian and China won't support stronger plans until it is clear Annan's plan is not going to succeed. Take a look:
