The Fish Poetry Prize is an annual poetry contest that was established in 2006 by Fish Publishing. The contest features a €1,000 first prize. The second place prize is a week in residence at Anam Cara Writer's and Artist's Retreat, West Cork, Ireland. The third prize is 300 Euros.

The top ten authors are published in the Fish Anthology.

The contest has an online entry fee of 14 Euros with subsequent entries costing 9 Euros each.

The contest is open to poems of any theme or styles. There is a length limit of 60 lines (not including title).

Former U.S. Poet Laureate Billy Collins will be judging the 2023 contest.
