The 2022 Black Warrior Review writing contest is open to nonfiction, fiction and poetry. There is also a Flash category.

Fiction and nonfiction can be up to 7,000 words in length. For poetry submit up to 3 poems in one file.

There is a $20 entry fee for each poetry, nonfiction and fiction submission. The Flash category has a $6 entry fee.

Winners will be announced in October. Submission is through BWR's Submittable.
