Computer Curriculum Corporation Launches Five New Educational Software Courses

Computer Curriculum Corporation (CCC), a unit of Simon & Schuster launched five new educational software courses that provide teachers with flexible options for integrating education technology into the classroom. Included in these courses is an enhanced version of CCC's Management System, a built-in toolset for assessing student learning.
The new courses provide students with resources for exploratory learning with features such as mathematical toolsets and creative writing tools, as well as instruction in the foundations of vocabulary, phonics and reading comprehension. The new reading/language arts courses include Reading Adventures Primary for grades 1-2, Story Painter (English and Spanish) for grades K-2 and Writer's Studio for grades 3-8. The new mathematics course is Math Corner for grades K-4. The new Spanish/bilingual course is ¡Vamos a leer! (Let's Read!) for grades K-2.
