Video: Queen Latifah Reads Poem for Michael Jackson Written by Maya Angelou

Michael Jackson's memorial service was held to day at the Staples Center in Los Angeles. The memorial included a special poetry reading by Queen Latifah. Queen read a poem written by Maya Angelou in honor of Michael. The poem is called "We Had Him." The poem concludes with the lines "We were enchanted with his passion because he held nothing. He gave us all he had been given...We do know we had him and we are the world." Take a look:

Another memorable part of the memorial service was when Michael Jackson's 11-year-old daughter Paris gave an emotional farewell to her father.
