Ziff Davis Names Kristin Holmes VP of International Licensing

Ziff Davis Media Inc. has announced the appointment of Kristin Holmes as Vice President of International Licensing, effective immediately. Ms. Holmes will be responsible for overseeing all of the Company's international licensing initiatives for the Company's leading consumer and business technology publications and online properties. Ms. Holmes will report directly to Gregory Barton, Executive Vice President of Licensing and Legal Affairs, General Counsel & Secretary, and work closely with all operating managers and publishers. She was recently Executive Director, eSeminars. Prior to joining Ziff Davis, Ms. Holmes was the Director of Marketing for an Internet start-up, Printdogs, a division of Microtek.
