Ziff-Davis Acquires Assets of SB Communications

Ziff-Davis announced that its Professional Publishing Group has acquired the assets of SB Communications of Hingham, MA, including CBT Solutions magazine and the CBT Marketplace Report. CBT Solutions is the leading publication in the field of technology-based training and education. The content and subscriber list of CBT Solutions will be folded into ZD's year-old magazine, Inside Technology Training. CBT Solutions' publisher, Steve Blumberg, will join Ziff-Davis as Inside Technology Training's Director of Business Development.
