West Group Launches Westlaw.com Website

West Group announced the release of westlaw.com, a research service on the Web. West Group unveiled westlaw.com at a press conference at the American Bar Association's TechShow '98 meeting. Westlaw, West Group's legal research service, is an online source for legal and business information. Web-based Westlaw, available at www.westlaw.com, offers the full research power and content of traditional Westlaw, and is accessible to anyone with a Web browser and a Westlaw password.

"Westlaw accessed through westlaw.com is the most powerful, feature-rich legal research service on the Web today," said Roy Martin, executive vice president of West Online Strategic Marketing. "Delivering all the power of Westlaw, westlaw.com sets new standards for the quality, accuracy and depth of information available on the Internet."
