Victoria Geibel Named Executive Editor of Mary Engelbreit's Home Companion

Victoria Geibel has been named executive editor of Mary Engelbreit's Home Companion, a publication of Universal-Engelbreit Communications. Geibel will be responsible for the editorial operations of the magazine, one of the fastest growing decorating and lifestyle magazines in the United States. She will be based at the Home Companion's editorial and creative offices in St. Louis.

Geibel has more than 15 years of experience as a writer and editor specializing in art, architecture, interior design, and furniture. She has held senior editorial positions at Lear's, McCall's, Vogue, Metropolis, and Atlantic Monthly. Most recently, she served as acting executive editor at Parents magazine. She graduated from Smith College and received an M.S.J. degree from the Columbia University Graduate School of Journalism.
