The highly anticipated trailer for The Mortal Instruments: City of Bones has been released. The film was directed by Harald Zwart. The screenplay was written by Marlene King and Jessica Postigo. Lily Collins stars as Clary Fray, a young woman who discovers that she is a Shadowhunter who is born to fight demons. Based on the bestselling book series by Cassandra Clare, the film stars Lea Heady as Clary's mother and Jamie Campbell Bower as Jace Wayland. Jonathan Rhys Meyers and Jared Harris also star.
