Super Tutor to Launch New Website

Accurate Research, Inc. has announced the creation of a website called homeworkhelp.com. This new on-line service is aimed at helping high school students master the basics in math, English, science, history and ESL course work through an interactive tutorial-style design. The ultimate goal of homeworkhelp.com is to make learning enjoyable by employing all of the elements that are available to the Internet, such as engaging graphics, animation, voice-overs, sound effects, and interactive exercises and quizzes.
An example of how homeworkhelp.com uses the power of multimedia over the Internet is in the video tutorial feature. By using the latest in video and audio streaming technologies, students are personally guided through lessons on a variety of subjects such as: Why Metrics?, Draw Nice Math Graphs by Hand and How to Start Your English Paper. An expert in their field presents each of these lessons using graphics and still images for support and material review. In the near future, the addition of interactive quizzes will give students the opportunity to test their understanding of subjects in real time. The quizzes will be designed with a multiple-choice interface enabling the individual to get immediate feedback should they choose the incorrect answer.
"Our approach to education is to provide an individualized, multimedia tutorial that we hope will add another dimension to the classroom experience," said Jan Chock, Director of Curriculum Development. Jan went on to explain that though there are other sites on the Internet that offer help to students, most are rather narrow and not clearly focused on the students' coursework. As an alternative, Jan stated, "We will provide an indexed library of lessons in all core subjects that present practical techniques for solving problems."
