Snickelways Interactive announced the completion of the new Books.com Web site. Books.com, the Internet's first bookstore, is a subsidiary of the Cendant Corporation (formerly known as CUC International).
The Books.com redesign, featuring categories that highlight editor's picks and new releases, makes finding books that match readers' particular interests easier than ever before. Once the user is within a given category, they can easily access top titles without using complex search technology.
"When consumers visit our site, it's easier than ever for them to find the books they want," says Charles Stack, founder of Books.com. "Working closely with Snickelways Interactive, we redesigned Books.com to simplify the book buying process. The new site combined with our commitment to customer service and great prices makes Books.com the best place to buy books on the Internet."
Books.com was founded by Charles Stack in 1991 and today offers more than 4 million titles making it one of the largest bookstores on the Internet. Books.com is a subsidiary of the Cendant Corporation (formerly known as CUC International) based in Stamford, CT. Books.com can be accessed via its site at: http://www.books.com.
