ScienceDirect Announces Agreement With Cahners Business Information

ScienceDirect, a provider of a full-text electronic database of scientific, technical and medical research, has announced a licensing agreement to provide publications from Cahners' Electronics Group on ScienceDirect. The licensing agreement will enable content from Cahners' Electronics Group publications to be loaded onto the ScienceDirect platform. Beginning in early 2000, featured content will derive from Cahners' 18 electronics industry publications, including Electronic Business, PCS Systems & Technology, Semiconductor International and Wireless Design & Development, among others. Additional Cahners content from its other business groups will be added to the ScienceDirect Platform later.
