Roxanne Horning Named VP, Human Resources for Gannett

Roxanne V. Horning was named vice president/Human Resources for Gannett Co., Inc. Horning, who has been vice president/Compensation and Benefits since 2003, will be responsible for Human Resources programs and initiatives throughout Gannett. She joined Gannett in 1984 as manager/Employee Benefits. Robert B. Oliver, vice president/Compensation since 1995, was named vice president/Compensation and Benefits, adding responsibility for all employee benefit plans and programs. He joined Gannett in 1989. Jose A. Berrios, Gannett's vice president/Human Resources and Diversity since 2003, was named vice president/Leadership Development and Diversity. He joined Gannett in 1987. Gannett Co., Inc. is a news and information company that publishes 102 daily newspapers in the USA, including USA Today. The company also owns more than 800 non-daily publications in the USA and USA Weekend, a weekly newspaper magazine.
