Report: Rodale to Bring Best Life Magazine Back

Rodale, Inc. ceased publication of Best Life in March, 2009.The luxury service magazine for men with an emphasis on literary writing, humor, and in-depth research had a circulation of 500,000. The May 2009 issue was expected to be the magazine's very last, but Adweek is reporting that Rodale plans to bring Best Life back.

Adweek says it will launch with a circulation of 300,000. It will have an iPad app and ecommerce component. Stephen Perrine will resume his role as editor-in-chief of the magazine and David Zinczenko will be editorial director.

The former website for the magazine, bestlifeonline.com, currently forwards over to the Men's Health website.
