Quokka Sports to Acquire MountainZone.com

Quokka Sports, Inc., a provider of digital sports entertainment, has announced it has signed a definitive agreement to acquire ZoneNetwork.com, Inc., a privately-held company that produces and owns MountainZone.com, and its sister website SkiResorts.com. Launched in March of 1996, MountainZone.com is an award-winning website offering content, community, and commerce for five mountain sports: skiing, snowboarding, mountain biking, hiking, and climbing.
