Primedia Intertec Sells Adhesives Age Magazine

The Jordan, Edmiston Group, Inc. announced that Primedia Intertec has sold its Chicago, Illinois-based Adhesives Age magazine to New York City-based VS&A Communications Partners II, L.P. The Jordan, Edmiston Group served as financial advisor to Primedia Inc.

"With its new single operating unit Primedia Business-to-Business Information Group, Primedia identified Adhesives Age magazine as a peripheral property to their core automotive, telecommunications, media, agribusiness and construction markets," said Richard DW Mead, managing director of The Jordan, Edmiston Group. "With its revenue per advertising page increasing 18% between 1996 and 1998, Adhesives Age magazine will make a good edition to VS&A's Chemical Week family," added Mead.
