Peter Parker Gets Fired

Posted on March 4, 2010

Hard times have come to Spider-Man's alter ego, Peter Parker. Peter never had an easy as a photographer for the fictional Daily Bugle, but things are about to get worse. Peter is about to be fired from his job.

Steve Wacker, Marvel Comics senior editor, tells CNN, "He's going to struggle with unemployment and trying to save the city while he can barely afford to keep a roof over his head."

CNN says Parker has to juggle paying his bills with buying the equipment and materials he needs to keep his Spider-Man costume working properly. It can sometimes get annoying when super heroes are faced with monetary issues, but it is realistic. The issue of the Amazing Spider-Man where Peter loses his job is on newsstands this week.
