PennWell Launches The New Energy Economy

PennWell Publications, a publisher of energy industry publications, has announced the launch of its newest magazine, The New Energy Economy, a bimonthly publication covering energy's latest pioneering news and views in the electronic world of networked technologies in both the upstream and downstream markets.

The magazine will publish and distribute its inaugural Jan./Feb. issue beginning in 2001. The publication's coverage will include breaking business-to-business (B2B) news, top-level executive interviews, special industry reports, and bimonthly upstream, generation, trading and retail articles. Heading up The New Energy Economy is energy journalist Roxane Richter. With over a decade of reporting and editing experience, Richter brings her industry expertise in digital exchanges, trading, risk and information technology (IT) systems to the publication and its readers. Richter is the former Energy Marketing and Customer Systems Editor for PennWell's Electric Light & Power magazine.
