Ryan D. McNeil and OverTime Magazine, Inc. have announced the official launch of OverTime Magazine (OT), a new business and lifestyle magazine for professional athletes and sports industry insiders. The first issue highlights such athletic greats as Roger Staubach, Franco Harris, Bernie Kosar, Jennifer Azzi, Sylvia Crawley and Ronnie Lott. The magazine was first announced in May, 2004.

The new publication was unveiled June 11, 2004 at an exclusive event in Miami, FL and distributed the week of June 14 to a controlled circulation of 25,000 professional athletes, team owners, executives and industry insiders. OT is published in conjunction with Boston-based RMS Media Group, Inc. on a quarterly basis and will not be available on the newsstand.

OT will offer a business/lifestyle focus, providing its exclusive readership with important news, insights and real world advice about developments related to the professional sports industry. Through interviews and columns, OT plans to cater to the unique lifestyle of professional athletes on and off the field and observe some of the most relevant and controversial topics that affect professional sports.

OT's publishing and editorial staff includes NFL veteran and Editor-in-Chief of OT, Ryan McNeil; former Robb Report Publisher and Founder of RMS Media Group, Rick Sedler; former Elite Traveler Editorial Director and current OT Editorial Director, Stacy Small; former Editor-in-Chief of Inc. magazine and advisor to OT, George Gendron; former NBA player and OT VP of Corporate Communications, Charles D. Smith; and award winning art director Russ Rocknak.

McNeil said, "This magazine is created in the name of progression. It is a gift to all professional athletes past, present and future." In a prior announcement, McNeil said the magazine "will offer rare insight into the industry as it relates to former, current and future professional athletes."

The launch of OT coincided with PBFN Acceleration 2004, an annual conference hosted by McNeil to bring professional athletes together to foster business skills. The three-day business conference was held June 11-13 in Miami, FL.
