Newsweek.com has started a new daily editorial initiative entitled, "Every Day, Every Week," in which the site will provide in-depth reporting and commentary on a particular subject, in addition to its ongoing news and analysis. The schedule for "Every Day, Every Week" on Newsweek.com will be as follows:
Sunday/Monday: "Inside Newsweek" featuring expanded coverage from that
week's print edition.
Tuesday: "Healthbeat" featuring Web-exclusive reporting and commentary
on the latest health-related research, patient case-studies and a
"Health For Life" advice column by a Harvard Medical School physician.
Wednesday: "The Business Edge" including Web-exclusive columns by Allan
Sloan, Charles Gasparino, Robert Samuelson and Silicon Valley
correspondent Brad Stone.
Thursday: "State of the Nation" with the award-winning (and always
news-breaking) column "Terror Watch" by Michael Isikoff and Mark
Hosenball, plus Web-exclusive political commentary from Howard Fineman,
Richard Wolffe and Holly Bailey.
Friday/Saturday: "Arts Extra" featuring Web-only criticism and essays
from Newsweek critics, a monthly movie club hosted by David Gates and
Live Talks with top authors, directors and artists.
