New Outlet for College News

A new on-line source for college news, Network NewsWire has been announced. A partnership between College Central Network, a career assistance and college recruitment site, and the free campus newswire, College News Online, Network NewsWire offers college-based content providers a new clearinghouse to disseminate their information. Network NewsWire offers news briefs from schools—grouped in geographic regions—with corresponding links back to the providers own sites.

Access to Network NewsWire can be made through its own url or through links from the College Central Network and College News Online sites. Some of the options available to students and alumni at these sites are résumé posting, viewing of job listings and subscribing to College News, the monthly print newsletter published by College News Online.
