Monster.com, Adecco International Launch Site For Temporary Work Seekers

As more job seekers look for temporary work, a new site launched by Monster.com and international employment firm Adecco hopes to fill the void for job seekers in search of such positions. Adecco will operate a microsite called Workflex as part of the Monster.com site. Workflex currently has some 9,000 temporary job lisitngs, along with features for people researching flexible work opportunities. Features include a resume building utility, Q&A chats with Adecco and links to other flexible work resources.

"Adecco brings thousands of fresh part-time and flex-time job opportunities to Monster.com, making the site more valuable and appealing to an even larger percentage of the workforce," said Jeff Taylor, Monster.com's chief executive officer. "Today more than ever, workers are seeking job opportunities that offer a flexible schedule and a wider variety of career options," said Debbie Pond-Heide, Adecco's North America president.
