Miller Publishing Group to Sell Vibe/Spin Ventures

Miller Publishing Group, LLC, a partnership formed between Robert L. Miller and the private equity firm Freeman Spogli and Co., has announced that it has retained the investment banking firm of Salomon Smith Barney to initiate a process to explore the sale of Vibe/Spin Ventures, LLC. Vibe/Spin Ventures, a partnership between Freeman Spogli, Robert L. Miller, Quincy Jones and David Salzman, publishes Vibe, Spin, and Blaze magazines.

Miller Publishing Group will continue to publish its sports and travel titles, Tennis, Sailing World, Cruising World and Where.
