MegaWorld Management Announces Publication of NYC Magazine

MegaWorld, Inc. (MEGW) announced the forthcoming publication of the premiere issue of New York City (NYC) Magazine and its scheduled availability on newsstands on May 27th, 1998. Distribution of the magazine will be made in major cities throughout the world by Eastern News Company, and by Hudson County News/Worldwide Media Service.

In announcing the publication date, George Levy, Chairman of MegaWorld, Inc. and Publisher of NYC Magazine, stated, "This is the first publication that can truly be called New York's Metropolitan Magazine. The first issue, a collector's edition, will be oversized, and contains 100 pages in full color. It is printed on heavy-coated paper, and it is perfect bound. The cover price will be $3.95."
