Journal Register Company Acquires Connecticut Magazine

Journal Register Company Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer Robert M. Jelenic has announced the company's acquisition of Connecticut Magazine. Owned by Communications International since 1982, Connecticut Magazine was founded in 1980 by Dan Lufkin, a founder of Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette, the Wall Street investment and merchant bank. Based in Trumbull, CT, Connecticut Magazine, with a paid circulation of 88,639, provides a monthly perspective on the politics, business, entertainment, culture and lifestyles of Connecticut.
