internet.com has announced that it acquired the UK-based Web Developer's Journal website. The site is a leading provider of news and reviews about Web development tools, techniques and trends, and will be incorporated into internet.com's Network of website properties. The Web Developer's Journal was created by Charlie Morris, Kief Morris and Bruce Morris. The trio will continue to manage the site for internet.com.

"The Web Developer's Journal is one of the last independent sites dedicated to Web development professionals and complements our leading collection of Web developer resources," said Alan M. Meckler, chairman and CEO of internet.com Corporation. "Web developers are an essential audience for marketers to reach and we're thrilled to add this site to our robust collection of Web developer resources," Meckler added.
