Intel New York Music Festival

Intel has launched a new website to showcase the second Intel New York Music Festival, to be held July 15-18, 1998. The Festival will bring together more than 300 bands performing throughout a network of 20 downtown Manhattan clubs.

Fans from around the world are invited to participate in the Festival by logging on to the official website at intelfest.com throughout the event for exclusive interviews, photos, CD purchases and artist information. Additional features include a 24-hour audio and video channel highlighting past performances and exclusive footage, behind-the-scenes photos and live chats with artists and music fans.

This year's Festival performers include Jesus and Mary Chain, Sunny Day Real Estate, Joey Ramone, James Taylor Quartet, D Generation, The Dictators, The Independents, 22Jacks, The Pristeens, Bardo Pond and the Deep Elm Showcase.
