HomeSeekers.com Acquires Midwest Real Estate Magazine Publisher

HomeSeekers.com has announced that it has acquired Holloway Publications Inc., Indianapolis, Ind., a leading publisher of real estate listing magazines in the Midwest, including Homes & Condos and other titles. Steve Holloway, founder and president, will continue to manage Holloway Publications as a new division of HomeSeekers.

Greg Johnson, chief executive officer of HomeSeekers, said: "Real estate advertising in print media is a natural complement to the online real estate listing and related information HomeSeekers provides over the Internet. With this acquisition, HomeSeekers will be able to offer real estate brokers a seamless package of print and Internet exposure for their listings.
