The HomeArts Network, a lifestyle site for women, announced newly signed affiliate content providers, the Mayo Clinic, CareGuide LLC and IVI Publishing. Each of these branded affiliates will serve to offer expanded healthcare content to the HomeArts audience; in the network's Body & Soul channel.
The Mayo Clinic will offer users detailed information on pregnancy in The Whole Nine Months program of HomeArts found in both the Body & Soul and Family Time channels. Users simply select a specific trimester of Pregnancy and are immediately provided with various articles, resources, advice and tips coinciding with that time period of the pregnancy.
CareGuide LLC, a national database of more than 34,000 day care and elder care centers enables users to search for information including locations of centers, cost, activities, teacher/child ratios and nurse/patient ratios. CareGuide LLC is highlighted on HomeArts' Body & Soul and Family Time channels.
Reflecting the growing popularity of alternative medicine, IVI Publishing's 0n Health information site will provide content to HomeArts for its upcoming Natural Healing program, which will be featured solely in the Body & Soul channel. Natural Healing, which is database driven, will include information on acupuncture, aromatherapy, Ayurvedic Medicine, homeopathy and yoga. In addition, users can look into the Alternative Medicine Chest to find herbs and remedies of Western, Chinese and homeopathic medicine.
