Description: Boulevard was founded in 1984 by Richard Burgin. It publishes top fiction, poetry, and essays. Some of the authros it has published include David Mamet, Alice Hoffman, Joyce Carol Oates, Jennifer Egan and Mark Strand.

Length: Up to 8,000 words for stories. Up to 200 lines for poems.
