Go Tennessee Website Launches

Associated Corporate Consultants, Inc. has announced a new on-line publication from their Internet Development Office. 'Go Tennessee,' can be found on-line now at gotennessee.com. The site not only provides both residents and visitors of Tennessee with tourism information, but also contains articles about historic events and people, first hand impressions of tourists, and a schedule of events across the state. By January 1, 1998 the site will also contain articles about Tennessee sports, tall tales from the state’s frontier days, a real-time chat area, and a featured city.

The goal of this publication is to give the State of Tennessee a full-featured on-line publication that will appeal to as many visitors as possible and give them a reason to come back to the site at least once a month. Visitors from other states can quickly obtain information about what attractions might draw them to vacation in Tennessee, while residents from school children to adults will come to see the on-line articles and perhaps plan their own in-state trips. By years end, 'Go Tennessee' will be the Internet hub for the state as sports fans, tourists, schools, and families at home log on to read articles, get information, or chat with other visitors.
