Elmo to Teach Kids the Value of Money

Sesame Street and PNC Bank have launched a new campaign to help kids learn the value of money and to learn how to save and share. Elmo talked to The New York Times about the project. In one of the new Sesame Street episodes Elmo has the learn the value of waiting and the concept of deferred gratification when he wants to buy a Stupendous Ball. Understanding the value of money is crucial in today's economy. Kids listen to Elmo so if anyone can teach them the value of money it's Elmo. Take a look:
