Darcy Miller Donaldson Named Publisher of American Baby Magazine

William F. Reilly, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of K-III Communications Corporation (NYSE: KCC) announced today that Darcy Miller Donaldson, 44, has been named Publisher of the American Baby Magazine Group, including American Baby Magazine and Healthy Kids. She will report to Janice Grossman, EVP and President, Advertising and Marketing, K-III Consumer Magazines.

Prior to joining K-III Communications in August 1996 as Publisher of Stagebill Magazine, Ms. Donaldson was Executive Vice President and Publisher of Chief Executive Magazine and its related businesses, and before that she worked at Museum Magazine, which she co-founded.
