Daily Health Care Business & Political News On New Internet Site

The Health Care News Server, the, daily online news publication of The Business Word Inc., opened a new Internet site that reports news about the healthcare industry's business, political and managed care, issues. The Server covers news of interest to physicians, nurses, hospital executives, and professionals involved in managed care, health insurance, Medicare, Medicaid, and other health topics. The Server publishes 15 to 30 stories every business day.

The new address is www.HealthCareNewsServer.com. Anyone can have access to the new site regardless of the browser or computer they are using. Heretofore The Server had been available only to computers that used Microsoft's Internet Explorer 4.0 browser.

The Server's front page provides summaries of the day's top stories. Links provide navigation to five topical channels: Caregiver News, Financial News, Legal and Regulatory News, Insurance and Reimbursement News and Information Technology News. The front page also contains a menu of Special Reports on important subjects in healthcare, including Columbia/HCA, diabetes, Fen-phen, genetics, HIPPA regulations, managed care, and Medicaid.
