CryptoLogic Inc. Announces Acquisition Of Gamesmania Internet Magazine

CryptoLogic Inc. has announced that it has purchased the assets of Gamesmania, from Internet Frontier Inc. (iFront), a wholly owned subsidiary of Microforum Inc.

Gamesmania is an award-winning Internet e-zine (electronic magazine), and one of the most popular video game sites on the Internet. Established in 1996, Gamesmania has millions of visitors a month and offers content provided by recognized leaders of the industry. The acquisition of Gamesmania is part of CryptoLogic's strategy of adding to growth through acquisition and increasing its presence in the entertainment/media segment of the Internet.
