Compare Bloglines Subscribers Between Blogs With New Tool

Posted on October 11, 2005

A new tool called Compare Blogs allows users to compare the Bloglines subscribers of different blogs. If you compare Boing Boing, which has 31,391 Bloglines subscribers, to Engadget, which has 25,628 Bloglines subscribers, you find that there is an overlap of 2844 shared public subscribers. The Boing Boing and Engadget comparison result also provides the following data:

  • 38,84% of Boing Boing's public subscribers are also subscribed to Engadget
  • 51,47% of Engadget's public subscribers are also subscribed to Boing Boing
  • There are limits to the data provided because only information about public subscribers is available for use but it is still a neat little tool.
