Posted on August 13, 1998

Chaos! Comics and the World Wrestling Federation (WWF) will team up to produce the upcoming "Undertaker" comic book, a new monthly comic based on the most popular and "dark" wrestler in the WWF. The announcement was made today during the Comic-Con comic book convention (booth 1305-1307) in San Diego, by Brian Pulido, President and Publisher of Chaos! Comics.

Regarding the announcement, Mr. Pulido said, "Chaos! Comics and The WWF are a perfect match. Hardcore. On the edge. Giving fans what they want!"

Undertaker, the comic book, will premiere during the first quarter of 1999, and will be penned by comic writer Beau Smith. The storyline will explore the adventures of "The Lord of Darkness" (Undertaker) as he battles his nemesis Paul Bearer and the darkside that threatens to consume him.

Mr. Pulido added, "WWF programming airs in more than 100 countries in eight different languages, and WWF RAW and WWF WARZONE are top rated syndicated shows in the U.S. All parties involved are confident that the new "Undertaker" comic will take the world and the nether-world by storm!!"
