Pamela F. Service, the author of two books rooted in the ``Arthurian Legend'', ``Winter of Magic's Return'', and its sequel, ``Tomorrow's Magic'' published by Simon and Schuster Children's Publishing Division, has signed on as story consultant for Camelot's signature children's animated video series based on her work.
Pamela Service was raised in California, and received a Bachelors degree in Political Science from the University of California at Berkeley and a Masters at the University of London in African pre-history. She lived for several years in England, Sudan and Germany, and eventually settled with her family in Bloomington, Indiana where, in addition to writing, she worked for years as a museum curator and is serving her fifth term on the Bloomington City Council. She has now published 17 books for young people, mostly science fiction or fantasy, but also with an adventurous dose of history.
Camelot has also recently reached an agreement to acquire all rights, other than live stage rights, to the musical ``St. George'', which Camelot intends to produce as a theatrical animated feature.
