Austin Ratner Wins 2011 Sami Rohr

Austin Ratner has been named the winner of the 2011 Sami Rohr Prize by the Jewish Book Counil. Ratner won the award and the $100,000 cash prize for his debut novel, The Jump Artist. Joseph Skibell, author of A Curable Romantic (Algonquin Books), is the 2011 runner-up and recipient of the $25,000 Sami Rohr Prize for Jewish Literature Choice Award.
