America's High School Sports Magazine Arrives Online
Posted on December 22, 1997
A new site provides details on the top high school sports athletes and teams. The site is presented by All-Stater Sports magazine, America's high school sports almanac and the only national compilation of high school state championship results in the country.
The All-Stater Sports web site is an interactive extension of the printed magazine where for a limited time visitors can register for a free one-year subscription just by visiting the site and signing up. Visitors can also address sports-related questions to the experts and communicate with the magazine's editors via e-mail. Eventually, the site will become an archive of high school sports championship results and rankings.
In addition, the site offers selected articles on training and exercise, nutrition and diet, college search and eligibility, scouting and recruiting, All-American rankings, regional dream team selections and profiles of top athletes.
All-Stater Sports reports comprehensive high school state championship results including winner and runner-up teams (and individuals in individual event sports) in all divisions for all sports and for all states. The publication also includes articles on sports nutrition, training tips, college search, eligibility and recruiting issues and athlete profiles. First published in 1996, the magazine is aimed at high school student athletes, parents, coaches and athletic directors. Published quarterly in 1997, All-Stater Sports will increase to a bi-monthly schedule in 1998, except for July and August.
