Activision Signs Publishing Agreement With Disney Interactive

Activision, Inc. announced that it has signed an agreement with Disney Interactive to publish at least six new interactive games on multiple platforms based upon Disney properties. This agreement gives Activision worldwide publishing rights to three video game titles based on Disney's upcoming animated feature films, including Toy Story 2, and three video games titles based on past Disney feature animation properties to be selected by the parties.
Headquartered in Santa Monica, California, Activision, Inc. is a worldwide developer, publisher and distributor of interactive entertainment software for personal computers and advanced console game systems such as the Sony PlayStation and Nintendo 64. Activision maintains publishing and development operations in the US, Canada, the United Kingdom, France, Germany, Japan and Australia, and distribution subsidiaries in the United Kingdom and Germany.
