Subject: Poetry Message Board

I wanted to tell you that I love your website. It is informative and enjoyable. There is just one problem: I have been participating in the poetry writing forum for a while now. It seems to be downloading MUCH TOO SLOW! This is due to the extrememly large volume of posts. I think it would help if you split the pages up somehow...so that there are several pages with fewer posts. The problem gets worse every day as the volume increases!

So please try and resolve this for those of us that frequent this most precious place in cyber space!!!

Dear Judy,

We realize that the Poetry Forum has grown excessively large. In response to this problem, we will be happy to add an additional poetry message board to handle the volume of posts. In the meantime, we would like to hear what our poetry-loving visitors would like to see on the site. Would you like to have different subjects for the poetry message boards? Would you like to see live poetry chats? Let us know. Please use the feedback form to send us your thoughts and ideas on this subject. Please put "Poetry Message Boards" as the subject of your email. Thanks for writing!

Subject: Job Board

I really like the changes you've made to the format for The Write Jobs. It's much easier to use, and I especially appreciate that the entries are listed most recent first. Nice job!

Dear Lise,

Thanks! We've had some inquiries about the length of time the listings stay on the board. The Write Jobs has grown so popular that you may have noticed that sometimes listings will be pulled off the board after only a few days. That is because the employer has received so many entries that it asks us to remove the listing. For those that missed some good opportunities, we recommend that you bookmark the page and check it everyday. You never know -- your dream job may be waiting for you!
