Needs: Fiction and nonfiction authors of all ages. A good place to find out what type of books they represent is the agency's recent deals page.

Tips: The agency notes that: "Because each of our Agents has their own personal submission preference, once you have selected an agent to address your Query to, please review their submission preferences for detailed instructions. There is a submission preferences section on each Agent's page."
