The literary competition is open to all U.S. and international writers whose fiction has not appeared in a nationally distributed publication with a circulation of 5,000 or more. The entry fee $15 for stories submitted by September 1, 2025. The late entry fee for stories submitted from September 2 through September 15 is $20.

Submit using the online submission form on the website. The contest seeks original, unpublished fiction. The word count should be 3,500 words or less. There are no genre or theme restrictions.

The winners will be announced online. Winners since 2000 can be found on the website.
