The Late Fall WTN class starts October 8th and ends November 26th The Winter 98 WTN class starts January 7 and ends February 25 The Spring 98 WTN class starts March 11 and ends April 29 The Early Summer 98 WTN class starts May 6 and ends June 24 The Summer 98 WTN class starts July 8 and ends August 26 The Early Fall 98 WTN class starts Sept 9 and ends October 28 WRITING THE NOVEL IS A CYBERSPACE CORRESPONDENCE COURSE Students learn to write a novel in this course by doing the following: 1. READING the textbook and associated files in the class private library 2. ASKING extensive (complicated, if necessary) questions of Lary Crews and his staff via Email. 3. WRITING their novel. Think of Writing The Novel as a Cyberspace Correspondence Course, but with faster and more complete response from your teacher and a better textbook. (And for a lot less money. If you want to write a gripping, emotionally charged novel in one of the dozens of recognized categories (genre) with a story that has a beginning, a middle, and an end, this course is for you. WTN is about learning to write a good, publishable FIRST NOVEL in a popular category. The Writing The Novel course is designed to HELP you start writing your first novel, from original idea to finished first draft. Included in the course are: A COMPLETE ONLINE TEXTBOOK A unique 15-chapter textbook, Writing The Novel, which is not available anywhere else. You can download it a chapter at a time or all at once. ADDITIONAL FILES Dozens of Lary's personal, private files such as actual proposals, outlines, and timelines for my published books, character biographies, lists of recommended books and much more are available for download from a private library. OPTIONAL LIVE QUESTION AND ANSWER SESSIONS There is no REQUIRED live class time involved in this course, but a weekly, OPTIONAL, live hour-long Q-and-A session is held in the private WTN conference room. PRIORITY EMAIL ACCESS TO YOUR TEACHER AND HIS ASSISTANTS Students get priority Email attention from the teacher and his assistants for all their private questions about writing novels or about their own individual writing problems. SEMI-PRIVATE MESSAGE BOARD Students in WTN have access to their own private message board for communicating with fellow students and the teaching assistants, without interference from the rest of the people on AOL.
